Raye Larsen is keenly aware that she doesn’t fit into the small town she lives in because she can see and hear ghosts. Rather than embrace her talent, she has spent years trying to pretend the ghosts aren’t there because she is afraid of being rejected. She is forced to reconsider her stance though when she winds up on a serial killer’s radar. Now the only thing that can save her are the ghosts she shunned and the dishy New Orleans cop Bobby who recognised the killer’s M.O. and is desperate to hunt them down.
Read it for…
The complex tale of how Raye ended up with her abilities and why she was abandoned at birth – it involves witches, an intolerant grieving man and time travel. The humour that came from Bobby not fitting in with the town and not really caring. Especially read it for the sweet romance that develops between Raye and Bobby as they investigate the murders.
